The Mummy Mix-Up
Sam and Sofia prepare for a presentation only to discover the film from Aunt Charlie’s Egyptian travels has been damaged beyond repair. With Aunt Charlie’s old film camera in hand, Sam and Sofia hop aboard their scooter and… whiz… zoom… FOOP! They are transported to Egypt, where an item from a local museum goes missing right in front of their eyes! Can Sam and Sofia solve the case of the missing crocodile mummy, and will they film all the footage they need before they must return home?
The Search for the Snow Monkey
Sam has been asked to paint a mural of animals at Compass Community Center. It’s almost done, but he can’t get the face of the Japanese snow monkey quite right. Sofia befriends a screech owl with a broken wing while volunteering at a local bird sanctuary. Inspired by Sam’s book about artist and inventor Leonardo da Vinci, Sofia concocts a plan to design an artificial wing to help the injured bird heal. A quick hop on their globetrotting scooter, and… whiz… zoom… FOOP! Sofia and Sam are transported to Italy! Will visiting Vinci, Leonardo’s hometown, provide the motivation Sofia needs to complete her design? There’s only one way to find out. First stop: the museum!
